Props: ball
Class notes:
1. Side lying left side, left arm on floor in front of shoulder, legs straight aimed towards front corner of mat, right hand on ball on thigh (1) side crunch, roll ball down leg, (2) add lift of top leg, still rolling ball down leg, (3) add lift of both legs, (4) hold both legs lifted, lower and lift top leg, (5) hold both legs lifted, pulses up and down with ball
2. Supine abs ball between knees (1) toe taps, (2) twisted toe taps, (3) add kick with legs when knees are twisted, (4) hold twisted to right, toe tap, (5) hold twisted to right, bend and extend legs, (5) hold twisted to left, toe tap, (6) hold twisted to left, bend and extend legs
3. Side lying series from #1 on opposite side
